In client assignments, the client organization may act as Data Controller and Talent Insights Partners as Data Processor, depending on the nature of the assignment.
What we process and why
We process personal data necessary to manage enquiries, client relationships and assignments. This may include contact and professional information, correspondence and information provided in connection with meetings or client work.
Depending on the situation, processing is based on a contract, legitimate interest, consent or a legal obligation.
Client assignments and People Data
Client assignments may involve People Data such as assessment results, Talent Review information, development priorities or other professional information relating to employees, leaders or candidates.
We process only the information needed for the agreed purpose. Where assessments are used, data may be processed through an external assessment provider.
Where we develop tools or solutions that collect or structure People Data, these are designed to operate within the client's own technology or data environment, or another environment agreed with the client. Talent Insights Partners does not maintain a separate permanent database of client employee data.
Confidentiality and data security
Information received in connection with client assignments is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties unless this is necessary to deliver the agreed service, has been agreed with the client or is required by law.
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and may use trusted service providers for website hosting, communication, document management, assessments and other business operations.
Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal or contractual requirements.
For client assignments, retention may depend on the nature of the assignment and arrangements agreed with the client.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, request data portability where applicable and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
